These terms and conditions are the terms on which Ukraine Brides Agency offers you access to our services and website. By registering as a member you accept these terms and conditions, as amended by us from time to time. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must not use the services.

You may not join this website if:

1. You cannot form a legally binding contract. By registering as a member, you warrant to us that you can form a legally binding contract. You must be at least 18 years old to become a member.
2. You have ever been convicted of a violent or sexually related criminal offence.
3. You have previously been banned from using this website.
4. You are directly or indirectly involved (in any capacity) in the operations of a service that competes with our services.
5. You are currently in a marriage or long term relationship.

Ukraine Brides Agency reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse the access to the website to users located in certain countries and to certain individuals, irrespective of their location.

Membership Termination

If you are a registered member of Ukraine Brides Agency, you may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason. If you elect to terminate your membership you need to advise us by email. Your profile will be removed immediately.

Ukraine Brides Agency may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, without informing you about it. If Ukraine Brides Agency terminates your membership because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of the current subscription that you purchased from Ukraine Brides Agency.

Even in the case if your membership has been terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect and you agree to be legally bound by its terms and conditions. In a case where you are unhappy with the service or product that you purchased from the website, Ukraine Brides Agency will, at its option, replace or repair it, or refund it, such request to be made not later than 30 days after the purchase date.

Ukraine Brides Agency reserves the right to decline to register or to suspend or terminate your membership without entering into further discussions with you. Without limiting the foregoing, Ukraine Brides Agency may terminate your membership if:

1. a serious complaint or multiple complaints are received about you from other members
2. you breach these terms and conditions
3. you impersonate another member, or
4. if we, in our sole discretion, deem your behaviour to be unacceptable

Members who have registered under multiple aliases will have all of their aliases disabled.

The website is for personal use of individual users only and may not be used for any other purpose than meeting a partner for a relationship with the intention of a future marriage. If you do not intend to meet a partner for a relationship with the intention of a future marriage, you must refrain from using the website.

Any other use of the website is strictly prohibited. If you intend to use the website or the information received through the website for any other purpose than meeting a partner for a relationship with the intention of a future marriage, you are informed hereby that such use will be illegal and an appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil or criminal redress.

Ownership

Any content posted by you to the website or to any address of Ukraine Brides Agency, by electronic or any other means, will become the property of Ukraine Brides Agency and by posting any content to Ukraine Brides Agency you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Ukraine Brides Agency an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, world-wide rights to use, display and distribute this content by any means known and to be discovered, and use this content for any purpose whatsoever, without any notice or compensation to you, including without limitation, the using on the website and preparing derivative works of, or incorporating into other works.

Ukraine Brides Agency will not be liable to you or anyone else for any use it makes of your submission of any content to Ukraine Brides Agency.

Profiles

Your profile on this website may not include any contact information or advertise any services, including without limitation, your email or postal addresses, phone or fax numbers, user names or user ID's on other websites, names or addresses of Internet websites or links to other websites.

Ukraine Brides Agency reserves the right to delete or remove any content posted by you from the website and to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the website, at any time if Ukraine Brides Agency have a cause to do so (including, without limitation, our good faith belief that you have violated this Agreement) without prior notice or liability to you or anyone else.

Website usage

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about yourself when using the website, and in communication with other Members. You agree not to use the website for any illegal activities. You agree not to transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Members, harass, abuse, solicit, or advertise to any Member.

You agree not to pursue any goals of monetary gain through the contacts originated from the use of the website and hereby confirm that you are aware that such use will be considered as the breach of this Agreement. You must not communicate with, or attempt to communicate with, any person who has indicated that he or she does not wish to communicate with you or to continue to communicate with you.

Your messages must not contain any contact details or the message will be rejected or the contact details removed.

You may request a lady's contact details.

Pricing and fees

Ukraine Brides Agency reserves the right to change the fees charged or introduce fees for any of the services at any time. If we introduce a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service, unless otherwise stated.

There is a personal introduction fee payable when the man and woman (women) consent to meet. This fee will be part of the personal introduction package arranged by Ukraine Brides Agency including transport from the airport and arranging travel and accommodation if required. The price for this package is detailed on the site.

Warranty

Ukraine Brides Agency makes no warranty that

1. the services provided will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free,
2. the information provided on the website is error-free or reliable.
3. the quality of any products or services obtained through the website will meet your requirements, or
4. members are who they say they are

Resolution of disputes

As Ukraine Brides Agency is not a party to any dispute between you and another member, you agree:

1. not to involve, or attempt to involve, Ukraine Brides Agency in any dispute or in the resolution of disputes that arise between you and another member as a result of the services provided; and
2. not to use the services or website to engage in or attempt to resolve the dispute.

Limitation of liability

You expressly understand and agree that:

1. Ukraine Brides Agency shall not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss or damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profit, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses that result from the service, or the inability to access the service.
2. Ukraine Brides Agency shall not be liable for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services resulting from services provided by Ukraine Bridal Agency .
3. Ukraine Brides Agency shall not be liable for the conduct or statements of members or third parties in relation to the service.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify fully Ukraine Brides Agency from and against all claims, liability, loss, costs and expenses (including the full amount of legal costs) incurred or suffered by Ukraine Bridal Agency respect of or in connection with:

1. information contained in your profile;
2. any material, including (without limitation) photos and messages, you post to or enter on the web site;
3. your communications with or behaviour towards other members;
4. any death, personal injury or damage to property you may cause; e. your breach of these terms and conditions or any applicable laws.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and Ukraine Bridal Agency regarding the use of the Website. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

IMBRA Law for US Citizens

Ukraine Brides Agency abides by this law introduced to protect overseas women from unsuitable USA men who meet via International Marriage Agencies.

All US citizens who wish to travel to meet women from this site will comply with these laws.
