My bookshelf and my dancing shoes have an ongoing competition for my attention. 💃 Some days I want an energetic workout that challenges every muscle, while other days a fascinating book can keep me completely absorbed for hours. I enjoy discovering unfamiliar places, finding little adventures in everyday life, and keeping both my body and curiosity in excellent shape.

Sweet potatoes deserve their own fan club, and I'd happily be its president! Especially when they're roasted until the edges turn golden and slightly caramelized. My other weakness is eel salad, because I adore that unexpected combination of delicate flavors. I appreciate food that surprises my taste buds without trying too hard. 🍠🥢
