I'm always active and on the move - whether it's playing with my furry friends, a bike ride at dawn, or a morning workout that energizes my day. Always ready to try something new, because movement is life! Sport is not just a hobby, it is part of my life. I loved horse riding and was an avid gym goer, but now my choices are peaceful runs with my dogs and cycling adventures. And yes, I also enjoy crafting and creating dog accessories - every pet deserves to be stylish! Spiritual development and psychology of athletes are not just words for me. This is my study, my work, my path to understanding how to improve not only physical, but also mental well-being. Understanding yourself and others is the key to harmony in life. Before the war, I lived in Odessa, but I had to leave my native city, and now I temporarily live in Romania, Iasi.
