Apart from regular Pilates classes, I like to spend time outdoors, visit museums and exhibitions, and try new types of dance such as Afrodance or Dancehall. I am also interested in self-development and try to read books on time management and positive thinking. In my free time I like to go for walks, visit cafes and restaurants, as well as outdoor activities such as rollerblading and skating.
I prefer healthy and balanced food. My favorite dishes are salads, seafood, Ukrainian and Polish cuisine, dishes with cottage cheese and dairy products, varenyky, pancakes and fruits. I also adore desserts and sometimes I can indulge in home baking. I try to eat a balanced diet, but I also enjoy trying new culinary delights.
I enjoy listening to Latin American music. I like artists like Natti Natasha, Maluma, Karol G, Khalid, Ozuna. Their rousing rhythms and melodic sound inspire me to dance and positive emotions. Besides, I have a special weakness for music that awakens romantic feelings.
